Internet: the roof of the modern world

Welcome!

     The commandment of Jesus for every Christian is to announce the Gospel. We must do it even on the roofs. In today’s world, the Internet has become, in a frightening speed, this roof of the world on which the Church must also announce the good news of Christ dead and risen, denounce everything that contradicts the dream of the Creator for humanity and witness the joy of serving the living and true God, revealed in Jesus Christ, who wants to give us life and life in abundance (according Jn 10.10).

     That’s why the Yahweh the Savior Fraternity, this new religious family recently born in the bosom of the Church (1993), which brings together priests, religious men and women, lay people (between adults and youth), also works on this field of evangelization through internet, modern roof of the world.

     Here we want to witness the wonders that God has done and does in our lives and in the lives of those who were trusted to us by Him. We want to share with you, dear brother, dear sister, in your language, our charisma, our missionary work, the life of our Founder, our events and our spirituality. Finally, we want to echo the words of our founder, Father Gilberto Maria Defina, sjs, who said: “this fraternity wants to use all means and techniques available in our days, since the Word of God whispered in the ears until the same one preached on the top of the roofs…”. So everyone can have a personal and deep encounter with God and transformed by this meeting can share this grace in a world marked by loneliness and by the lack of the meaning of life.
